Premier League Table

The official Premier League table after the end of the season found Manchester United at the seventh place which means no qualification for European competitions.

Liverpool struggled to win the Premier League title for the first time after the league's formation in 1992 but the defeat against Chelsea in the second round cleared the way to the top for Manchester City.
